Juice from 1 small lemon

hot water

olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place avocado and lemon juice in a blender. Process to a smooth paste.
Pour in hot water. Process again.
With the blender ‘on’, drizzle with olive oil. Process to make smooth paste.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with grilled steak, fish or poached eggs.
