Instructions
Place chocolate in a bowl. Pour in warm water. Stir to melt chocolate.
Place the bowl over a bowl of iced water.
Using an electric hand held mixer, whisk for about 2-4 minutes or until the chocolate mixture is smooth and thick. Alternatively, you can use a whisk.
Transfer mixture to small serving cups.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Decorate and serve.
