Ingredients

  • 80 g dark cooking chocolate chopped
  • ¾ cup warm water

Instructions

  • Place chocolate in a bowl. Pour in warm water. Stir to melt chocolate.
  • Place the bowl over a bowl of iced water.
  • Using an electric hand held mixer, whisk for about 2-4 minutes or until the chocolate mixture is smooth and thick. Alternatively, you can use a whisk.
  • Transfer mixture to small serving cups.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Decorate and serve.
