Key Ingredients In Korean Strawberry Milk
- Strawberries - Juicy, sweet strawberries impart the unique flavor to this drink.
- Milk - Even though I opted for regular milk, you can use your favorite like almond milk, soy milk or oat milk.
- Sugar - I prefer granulated or caster sugar that easily dissolves to create a sweet puree with the strawberries.
How To Make Korean Strawberry Milk
Strawberry puree - To make this puree, place strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Use a fork to smash them and make delicious puree. This forms the base of this refreshing drink. If you don’t like strawberry chunks, you can also blend strawberries and sugar in a food processor to create smooth puree.
Mix - To make the drink, you will need to add the strawberry puree to the glass followed by milk and more chopped strawberries. Give this a quick stir and enjoy.
