Honey soy chicken skewers are one of my favorite party finger foods for so many reasons.
First, they are quite simple and easy to prepare. It only needs a couple of ingredients, but you get a wonderful dish in the end. In addition, chicken can be marinated a day ahead, and it won’t take much time to cook them just before serving. I think they would look really good with some red or green capsicum cubes threaded in between chicken pieces to give a striking contrast. And as an added bonus, you don’t have to worry about making a dipping sauce, as they go really well with tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce. Perfect way to impress your guests at your next barbeque party!
