Choc Chip Muffins
This choc chip muffins are extremely delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar (granulated sugar)
- 1/2 cup choc chips + extra to sprinkle on top
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius or 350 F.
- Keep aside some of the choc chips to sprinkle on top of the muffins just before you place them in the oven.
- Now place the wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Mix them well. Then add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Combine all the ingredients.
- Meanwhile grease and line a muffin tray. Divide the mixture evenly in 12 holes. Sprinkle choc chips on top and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- When done, leave it in the tray for 10 minutes, and then turn on to a wire rack to cool completely.

Here you go, and for anyone else with the same question:
1 teaspoon (5 grams) of baking powder per 2 cups (250 grams) of plain flour.
–I sometimes have self-rising flour, but at the time I am making these, I do not. Hope this helps!!!
