Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potatoes cut into thin sticks and baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin sticks
- 1 tablespoon cornflour (cornstarch)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 C / 425 F. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place sweet potato sticks on a baking tray. Add cornflour (cornstarch) and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
