Today, I’m super excited about two things. First, I’m going to post a smoothie recipe after a very long time. Second, I’m going to turn your favorite dessert into a smoothie. Isn’t that cool?
If you’ve never tried carrot halwa in a smoothie, I promise you’ll love it. A very delightful way to enjoy some carrots, indeed!

Carrot Halwa Smoothie
A refreshing smoothie made with carrot, banana and yogurt.

Ingredients
- ½ cup grated carrot
- 1 large banana roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the jug of a blender. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately.

You can use frozen banana in this recipe
Add 1 tablespoon cashew nuts to the ingredients if you like
