Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 1 large banana roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the jug of a blender. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can use frozen banana in this recipe
Add 1 tablespoon cashew nuts to the ingredients if you like
You can substitute brown sugar with honey or maple syrup.
