A divine chocolate buttercream icing recipe to die for.
I’ve tried many buttercream icing recipes before, but this one is simply the best. Try it out and you’ll see why.
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon regular cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon instant coffee
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- 4 squares of premium milk chocolate approximately 30-35g
- ¼ cup icing sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and let it cool. I used the microwave method which is a huge time saver.
- Whip butter until pale and fluffy. Add cocoa, chocolate, instant coffee, and cream one by one. Beat well until combined.
- Then add icing sugar little by little beating well between each addiction.
Notes
Add more cream to get thicker consistency.
