Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon regular cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon instant coffee
  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • 4 squares of premium milk chocolate approximately 30-35g
  • ¼ cup icing sugar

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate and let it cool. I used the microwave method which is a huge time saver.
  • Whip butter until pale and fluffy. Add cocoa, chocolate, instant coffee, and cream one by one. Beat well until combined.
  • Then add icing sugar little by little beating well between each addiction.

Notes

Add more cream to get thicker consistency.
