Instructions
Melt chocolate and let it cool. I used the microwave method which is a huge time saver.
Whip butter until pale and fluffy. Add cocoa, chocolate, instant coffee, and cream one by one. Beat well until combined.
Then add icing sugar little by little beating well between each addiction.
Notes
Add more cream to get thicker consistency.
