Instructions
Heat a tawa or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour a small ladleful of dosa batter. Spread the batter to make a thick pancake. When bubbles appear, sprinkle veggies on top. Cover and cook for few minutes. When one side is crisp and golden, flip it over to cook the other side. Remove from pan. Repeat with the remaining batter and veggies.
Serve with sambar and your favorite chutney.

- The fermented dosa batter can be refrigerated for about 3-5 days. -The preparation time doesn't include fermentation time
