large sweet apples
cored and sliced thinly

puff pastry sheets
thawed

honey

lightly whisked

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Cut each puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles.
Spread 2 tablespoons honey on one end of the baking sheet.
Top with apple slices.
Drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey.
Top with one puff pastry rectangle. Press down gently to seal the edges.
Repeat with the remaining pastry sheets, honey and apple slices.
Brush the pastry sheets with egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
Serve with ice cream and honey if you like.
