full fat or whole milk

ground turmeric
turmeric powder

ground ginger

ground cinnamon
cinnamon powder

A pinch of ground black pepper
black pepper powder

honey
▢
Ground cinnamon
to decorate (optional)
Instructions
Place milk in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turmeric, ground ginger, ground cinnamon and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in honey.
Divide the latte among two cups. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if you like.
Serve immediately.

Substitute milk with coconut or almond milk for vegan version
You can use honey or maple syrup as a sweetener in this recipe
A pinch of nutmeg elevates the flavor, however, it’s totally optional
