Make the fajita seasoning following the recipe instructions. Set aside.
To make the marinade, combine together fajita seasoning and orange juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place steak strips in a bowl. Add marinade. Toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or 2 hours if time permits.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan.
Add remaining oil. Add bell peppers (capsicum), sliced onions and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until tender and slightly charred. Remove from pan.
Before serving, combine together steak strips and vegetables.
Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado (sliced or mashed), coriander (cilantro) leaves and lemon juice.
