Combine together yogurt, garlic, ginger, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, chat masala, red chili powder and kasuri methi. Season with salt. Add paneer. Mix until paneer cubes are evenly coated.
Thread paneer cubes, bell peppers and onions onto the skewers. Leave a 1-inch gap on the top of the skewers. Grill the skewers for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
