Arrange ¼ cup chickpea masala on a plate in a single layer. Top with 2 crushed samosas. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon green chutney, 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney and 1 teaspoon red chili chutney (optional). Top with 2 tablespoon chopped onions, 2 tablespoon chopped tomatoes, ½ teaspoon chopped green chilies (if using), 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves, 2 tablespoon sev, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon chaat masala and 1 tablespoon thick yogurt. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils. Feel free to add more or less of the above ingredients depending on your taste preferences.
