Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base
  • 1 small capsicum cut into circles or sliced
  • 10- 12 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon barbeque sauce
  • 10 -12 sliced salami
  • ½ - 1 cup grated cheese of your choice mozzarella, parmesan or cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  • If you want to make your own pizza base, follow the instructions in nishkitchen.com.
  • When pizza base is ready, top it with a generous amount of barbeque sauce. Then arrange the salami slices on top, and then the veggies. Finally, cover it with cheese.
  • Place pizza in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Hot and yum - Straight out of the oven -
