Remove the ends and cut each cucumber into 1-inch rounds. You can use a vegetable peeler to score the length of cucumbers to create a stripped effect.
Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds from the center of each cucumber round to form a cup.
To make the raita filling, combine together yogurt, ground cumin, red chili flakes, tomatoes and coriander (cilantro) leaves in a large bowl. Season with salt.
