Preheat oven to 220 C or 420 F. Line a baking tray with
parchment (baking) paper.
Place one thawed puff pastry sheet on a flat work surface.
Spread pizza sauce, and top with dried oregano, bell peppers (capsicum), pepperoni and mozzarella.
Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top.
Cut the sheet in the middle dividing the sheets into two equal rectangles.
Cut each rectangle into small 1 and ½ inches strips. Take each strip and twist.
Transfer the pizza twists on to the baking tray. Brush with egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.
Serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce.
