4puff pastry sheetsthawed (I used ready-rolled sheets)
3tablespoonsmelted butter
3tablespoonsflaked almondsoptional

Chopped nuts or dried fruits
Cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, melted chocolate to decorate after baking
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 C or 420 F. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Set aside.
Place thawed puff pastry sheets on a flat surface
Cut each sheet into 9 rectangles
Place one rectangle on a flat surface. Brush with melted butter. Top with another pastry sheet and brush with melted butter. Top with another puff pastry sheet. Repeat with the remaining sheets.
Sprinkle with almonds if you like.
Arrange biscuits in a single layer on the baking tray. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar if you like.
