Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple, fresh or canned
  • 1 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1 medium chopped red onions
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place pineapple, tomatoes, red onions, jalapeños, coriander leaves (cilantro) and mint leaves in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with lime juice.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt.
