Ingredients

Tandoori paste:

Fry fish:

  • Oil for frying
  • 1 kg fish cut into thin slices (see notes) (I used king fish)

Fry fish:

  • Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Add marinated fish in a single layer. When one side is golden and cooked through, flip over to cook the other side. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if needed. Drain on an absorbent towel.
