Tandoori Chicken:

Kachumber (Cucumber) Salad:

Mint Chutney:

Assemble:

  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno sliced
  • Coriander cilantro leaves, to garnish

Instructions

  • Make naan according to recipe instructions. Set aside
  • Make tandoori chicken according to recipe instructions. Shred. Set aside.
  • Make kachumber (cucumber) salad according to recipe instructions. Set aside.
  • Make mint chutney according to recipe instructions. Set aside.
  • To assemble, top naan with tandoori chicken, cucumber salad, mint chutney, chopped avocados, sliced jalapenos and coriander (cilantro) leaves.

    • To make the vegetarian version of this recipe, substitute chicken with tandoori cauliflower
  • If you are short on time, feel free to use store bought naan and tandoori paste in this recipe
  • You can customize the chicken recipe with your favorite paste like vindaloo paste or korma paste
