Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Splutter mustard seeds. Add shallots. Saute for 2 minutes or until light brown.
Add garlic, curry leaves and green chili. Saute, stirring, for another 2 minutes. Add coconut and ground turmeric. Saute for a minute.
Stir in mushrooms. Season with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until mushrooms turn soft.
