Place a large frying pan or skillet over low heat.
Add milk powder and condensed milk. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until it reaches a semisolid consistency.
Add ground cardamom and ghee. Cook, stirring, for
another 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes really thick and leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from heat.
Leave to cool completely. Divide the mixture into 21 portions and roll out small balls.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate following the package directions. You can melt chocolate in a microwave or with the double boiler method.
Coat the balls with melted chocolate.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Decorate with crushed dried rose petals or nuts. Refrigerate until set.
