skins removed

green chili

pomegranate arils

chat masala

chopped coriander
cilantro leaves, optional

Juice of 1 small lemon
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions
Place peanuts, cucumbers, red onions, green chilies, pomegranate arils, and coriander (cilantro) leaves (if using) in a large bowl.
Add chat masala and lemon juice.
Toss.
Season with salt.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Pomegranate
- Replace pomegranates with chopped green apple when they are not in season.
More ingredients
- Radish, celery, and red bell peppers (capsicum) are also great additions to this salad.

- Add red chili powder to level up the heat.
