Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt I used Greek yogurt
  • 6 cm ginger peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine together yogurt, ginger and green chilies in a small bowl. Season with salt. 

Notes

  • You can also add finely chopped curry leaves if you like
  • If you don’t like the fresh taste of ginger, sauté it in a little oil
  • You can also add a tempering of mustard seeds and dried red chilies lightly fried in oil
