Instructions
Combine together yogurt, ginger and green chilies in a small bowl. Season with salt.
Notes
You can also add finely chopped curry leaves if you like
If you don’t like the fresh taste of ginger, sauté it in a little oil
You can also add a tempering of mustard seeds and dried red chilies lightly fried in oil
