packet wonton wrappers
25 wrappers, (thawed if frozen)

Cooking spray

You favorite appetizer filling
to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C or 350 F. Coat a 12-hole, ⅓ cup capacity muffin tin with cooking spray. Set aside.
Gently press half of the wrappers into the muffin tin holes. Coat with a light spray of cooking oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Stand for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container for a day.
To serve, fill the wonton cups with your favorite filling.
