Instructions
If using fresh ripe mango, peel, deseed and cut the mango into cubes. Add them to ziplock bags and freeze for later use. Alternatively, you can use store bought frozen mangoes.
To make lassi, place frozen mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey and cardamom in a blender. Blend to a smooth purée.
Pour into two serving glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves, chopped mangoes or chopped nuts if you like.
Serve immediately.

Notes
You can use your favorite sweet mango to make this lassi. I opted for honey gold. If mangoes are not in season, opt to frozen ones.
Remember the color and sweetness of the lassi depends on the variety of mango you use.
Add more or less milk depending on the consistency you like.
