seedless black grapes
chilled

natural yogurt

milk
chilled

sugar

Ice cubes
to serve (optional)
Instructions
Place grapes in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pass it through a sieve to remove any hard bits.
Place grape juice back in the blender along with sugar, yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth. Top with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make this lassi healthier, you can omit sugar. You can also use low fat yogurt and skim milk.
