Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless red or black grapes chilled (I used red grapes)
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cold water
  • Sweetener of your choice – sugar or honey I used 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • Mint leaves to garnish (optional)
  • Ice cubes to serve (optional)

Instructions

  • Place seedless grapes in a blender, and then blend until smooth. Pass it through a sieve to remove hard bits.
  • Place grape juice back in the blender along with lime juice, water, and sweetener. Give it a quick whizz.
  • Pour the drink into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves. Add ice cubes. Serve chilled.

Notes:

  • You can use your favourite fruit in this recipe
  • You can replace chilled water with soda water or sparkling mineral water
