200gyour favorite cooked noodlesI used udon
Sliced cucumbersto garnish (optional)
Fried eggto garnish (optional)
Sesame seedsto garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place spring onions (scallions), coriander (cilantro) leaves, garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
When the oil is smoking hot, add five spice powder and pour into the bowl with the other ingredients immediately. (Make sure you don’t burn the spices)
Add cooked noodles. Toss. Serve.
Top with sliced cucumbers, fried egg and sesame seeds.
