Easy Mixed Berry Cobbler

caster sugar

A pinch of salt

milk

melted butter

frozen or fresh mixed berries
I used frozen

Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F.
Place flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Whisk in milk to make smooth batter. Set aside.
You will need 8 x 8 inch baking dish to make this cobbler.
Pour melted butter into the dish. Spread evenly, so it covers the base of the dish.
Add batter.
Scatter berries over batter.
Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned and the fruit bubbles.
Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream.

Use any firm fruit you like - peaches, nectarines, apples
Do not thaw frozen berries
Use more or less sugar to adjust the sweetness from the berries
