Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F. Grease two 250ml ramekins. Set aside.
Place rolled oats in a food processor. Process to a fine powder.
Add banana, baking powder, maple syrup, egg, cinnamon and milk. Process to a smooth batter.
Divide the batter between ramekins.
Top with chocolate chips or berries. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until risen and oats spring back when lightly pressed.
Garnish with chocolate chips or berries before serving. Serve warm.
