Chutney Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup green chutney homemade or store bought
  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place chutney, oil and vinegar in a small jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Close with lid and shake well until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Season to taste.
  • Drizzle this over salads.
