Place 200 g milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds.
Pour this into the silicone mold. Make sure the molds are filled to the top. Place a parchment paper (baking paper) on a flat surface. Flip the mold over to remove the excess chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts. Pour it into the mold filling ¾th of each heart shape. Refrigerate until set.
Top with remaining melted chocolate. Use a spatula or chef’s knife to remove excess chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
Carefully remove chocolates from the molds. Decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles if you like.

- Chocolate can also be melted using double boiling method. Place chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the bowl doesn’t touch water. Stir gently until chocolate is melted.- I used Cadbury chocolate melts in this recipe
