Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C or 350 F. Line a 24 cm cake tin with baking paper.
Place egg yolks in a large bowl. Beat on high speed for about 4-5 minutes or until the yolks are pale and slightly thickened.
Add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Beat again until just combined for about 1 minute. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into the bowl. Beat until just combined.
Transfer dough to the cake tin. Press down firmly into the cake tin. Smooth top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Press them down into the dough gently.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.Remove cookie cake from the tin and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
Decorate.
