For a modern twist on the classic pav bhaji, these cheesy sliders are the way to go. With the addition of paneer and parmesan, these are guaranteed to impress the whole family
Recipe link just below this recipe. Cook pav bhaji according to the recipe. Set aside.
Pav bhaji sliders:
Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the bottom layer of dinner roll in the baking pan. Top with paneer. Add a layer of pav bhaji. Top with bell peppers (capsicum) and onions. Sprinkle with parmesan. Top with the other half of the roll.
Spread butter on the dinner roll. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Transfer to oven, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

- Sesame seeds are optional in this recipe - Apart from bell peppers and onions, you can also add your favorite vegetables.
