garlic cloves

butter
at room temperature

Italian seasoning
or add your favorite herbs

mozzarella

to brush the top of bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C / 350F. Line a baking tray with baking (parchment) paper.
Combine together garlic, butter and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
Using a serrated knife, cut the bread in a criss-cross pattern. Do not cut all the way through.
Rub garlic butter into the bread cracks. Fill the cracks with mozzarella.
Brush the top of bread with melted butter.
Place the bread on the baking tray, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
