chopped roasted almonds or your favorite nuts

dried rosemary

dried thyme

pomegranate arils

pretzel sticks
cut into 4 cm sticks
Instructions
Unwrap the Laughing Cow cheese wedges or slice your favorite cheese into wedges or triangles. Set aside.
Combine together almonds, rosemary and thyme in a shallow bowl. Set aside.
Press a cheese triangle down into almond-herb mixture to coat one side.
Flip over and decorate with pomegranate arils to resemble Christmas lights.
Insert one pretzel stick into one side of the wedges.
Repeat with the remaining cheese wedges, almond mixture, pomegranate arils, and pretzel sticks.
Serve immediately.

- You can use your favorite cheese like brie cut into wedges or small triangles.
Pomegranate
- Pomegranate arils can be substituted with dried cranberries if you like.
