Place aluminium foil in the rear container of Intellisteam so it will cover the bottom and sides of the container. Put the chicken breasts side by side on foil. Sprinkle both sides with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella slices and tomatoes. Set aside.
Warm tomato salad:
Place cherry tomatoes in the small pot. Add minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chilies (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the tomatoes in vinegar and oil. Set aside.
Herbed couscous:
Place couscous in the small pot. Pour in water. Add Italian seasoning. Stir to combine. Top with parsley. Set aside.
Cook:
Place the chicken in the rear compartment of Intellisteam. Position the dividing wall in the front container. Place the small pots in the front compartments. Cover both containers with lids.Set the time for chicken using the poultry preset (28 minutes) and adjust to 24 minutes. Set the time for cherry tomatoes using the leaf and pod preset (16 minutes) and adjust to 12 minutes. Set the time for couscous using the rice preset (40 minutes) and adjust to 24 minutes. Press the Start/Pause button.
When ready, add the rocket leaves to tomato salad and garnish chicken with basil leaves. Fluff the couscous up with a fork. Garnish with basil leaves if you like.
