Handful of rocket leavesarugula
Instructions
Spread butter on both sides of each bread slice. Set aside.
Heat a medium frying pan or skillet over low heat. Place bread slices in a single layer. Cook, turning once, 2-3 minutes or until bread is toasted. Cook in batches if needed. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Spread dijon mustard on one side of four bread slices and top with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce and rocket leaves (arugula).
Top with remaining bread slices. Serve warm.
