Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 anchovies finely chopped
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place mayonnaise, olive oil, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies and garlic in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Add parmesan. Whisk again.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle over caesar salad.
