frozen rotis
partially thawed

large bananas
sliced

butter
to cook rotis

Condensed milk
for topping

Sugar
for topping
Instructions
Heat a flat pan or skillet over medium heat.
When hot, place one roti in the pan.
Top roti with ⅓rd of the banana slices, leaving 1-inch around the edges.
Top with another roti.
Quickly press down the edges to seal.
Add butter beside the roti.
Once the bottom side has browned, carefully flip and brown the other side.
This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer roti to a flat work surface or serving plate, and cut into 10-12 small squares.
Drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Repeat with remaining roti and banana slices.
Serve hot.
