Ingredients

  • 150 g shortcut bacon chopped
  • 6 eggs hard boiled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • Juice of ½ of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat large pan over medium heat. Add bacon. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until browned.
  • Peel and chop hard boiled eggs.
  • Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice and dill. Mix.
  • Season with salt and white pepper.

Herbs - Sub dill with parsley or chives.
More veggies - Finely chopped celery, potatoes, asparagus and green onions.
