Instructions
Heat ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Add grated apple, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-6 minutes or until tender and mushy.
Reduce the heat to low. Add condensed milk and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, for another 5 minutes. Stir in ground cardamom. Heat through.
Remove from heat. Garnish with sliced apples, pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts.

- Make sure apples are cooked before adding milk. Otherwise the mixture may curdle.
