Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
  • ½ cup sliced fresh fruits, berries, banana, mango, apple
  • ½ cup muesli
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  • Top with a fresh layer of fruits.
  • Sprinkle muesli over the fruit. Repeat the layers and finish off with a layer of fruits to make it fancy.
  • Add honey if you like.

Notes

  • Make ahead - Store the layers separately and assemble in the morning.
  • Extra additions - Coconut flakes, peanut butter, chia seeds, ground cinnamon.
  • Frozen fruits - You can cook berries and make compote to add to the layers.
