Soak oats in 2 cups water for 2 hours.
Transfer oats with water to a food processor. Add ½
cup water. Grind to a smooth batter.
Meanwhile, heat a small pan over medium-low heat.
Brush with a little oil.
When the pan is hot, add ¼ cup batter to the pan.
Using the back of a spoon or ladle, spread the batter into a thin circle.
Drizzle a little oil on top. When one side is cooked, flip over to cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill the wraps with your favorite savory or sweet filling. Serve warm.
