Ingredients
- 10 small or large tortillas
- Oil for deep frying
- Chana masala or your favorite curry, to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Slide in tortillas, one at a time, and flip and cook until puffed and lightly browned.
