Key Ingredients In Puff Pastry Croissant
- Puff pastry - The shortcut to creating the flaky layers.
- Nutella - My favorite filling, but feel free to choose your favorite nut butter or fruit spread.
- Nuts - Nuts, in this case, chopped hazelnuts for garnish.
How To Make Puff Pastry Croissant
Prep the pastry - You can use store bought or homemade pastry in this recipe. With store bought pastries, thaw before use, and roll out if needed.
The filling - Nutella is one of my favorite fillings to pair with puff pastry. But a simple combo of cream cheese and fruit jam is also a great option.
